Almond Milk

Ingredients

Almonds - 2 handful

Cardamom powder

Nutmeg powder

Raw Honey

Vanilla flavor

Preparation

1. Clean and soak the almonds in fresh and clean water for 10-12 hours.

2. Drain the water. ( This water cannot be consumed. )

3. Add almonds to the grinder and add cardamom, nutmeg and vanilla as per your taste.

4. Grind all together to make a smooth paste.

5. Transfer this paste to the blender and add 1 liter water.

6. Add honey and blend it thoroughly and the milk is ready.

7. If you want, you can strain the milk to remove the thick powder.

8. The milk must be refrigerated and must be consumed in 2-3 days.
